Yeah pap Petrelli will have like an AOE ability that steals everyones powers in a certain radius and uses it to win.

Yeah, but then the Haitian will just stand in the corner and stunlock him while Claire tanks and Sylar DD's

This post is flawed because I don't think the Haitian can point his power drain, but I don't care because it is made of lawl.

It is actually a very very common convention throughout thousands of years of mythology. But I have no idea how Heroes could have possibly come up with it either.

I was looking on my TV guide and it is a 2 part episode so we will probably have to wait another week to find out, bummer.

I forgot about the Haitian, he blocked Arthur's powers before. Yea, Elle will switch sides too. Matt could CC the other mobs with his MC.

She didn't want Matt to see her without her powers, and I'm guessing she grew up with muscle distrophy of the legs or some sort of disability to prevent her from walking normal. That's my take on the matter.

Thats why Arthur said to her "You don't want to go back to the way you were?"

Elle was annoying and I didn't like this whole Sylar going good, going bad thing. And what was the point of them losing their powers? Bennett whooped up on some Sylar though, good fight.

Episode 11 was good, season 1 quality in my opinion, really enjoyed it. I don't want to get carried away and say that season 3 is on track to get good, but it gives me some hope. I thought it was good seeing them without their powers, looking at how their powers effect them and the effect it has on them personally when it is gone, as Papa Petrelli says, it showed them who they really were.

Glad Elle is dead, she annoyed me and it is good to see Sylar going bad again. Yea, some retconning going on but I can forgive it, if it helps save the series then I am all for it, let's see where they go with it.

And yea, Bennet v Sylar was good, Bennet is a badass, cutting his throat with a stanley was pretty awesome. The show was missing Bennet's badassness. I also got a lol out of Hiro when he tele'd next to Sylar and was like "oh hai there bad man".

Hah, I loled at Hiro then too. I'm NOT glad Elle's dead, though, and I'm damn annoyed about Sylar. I'm sick of side-switching. I get that they want to keep us guessing, he keeps changing sides, etc., but Arther just showed him that he can take powers by being nice. What possible reason would he have now for slicing open Elle's head? Even if he didn't want to use his nice-stealy powers, he ALREADY HAS HER POWER.

The past two episodes were just balls confusing. AS others before have already asked, why did Sylar go back to bad? I was sorta liking the whole good guy bit, showing hat even the most evil of bad guys can change. With his new empathy ability, Elle shouldn't have been killed, but in that case it was his "hunger" that won out over his emotion for her. I almost liked the direction it was going at first, as seeing Sylar become good for a bit was refreshing.

The whole eclipse thing was a bit of a joke though. It was pretty much implied that if Claire and Sylar died this or a future episode, there wouldn't be much story left to tell. If the writers actually managed to do that, NBC would lose a lot of followers. Too damn cliched if you ask me.

I'm still waiting to see if they pull off a heavier mutation for Mohinder though. I can see him becoming a giant cockroach or lizard hybrid. Screw the hood setup. Maybe this season will be worthwhile after all.

For me the character of Sylar is ruined as a good guy. Whilst I don't dislike the good Sylar, I admit I kind of enjoyed him as a good guy, but for me he will always be defined as the villain. The good Sylar isn't a bad character, it just ruins the better, bad Sylar character. It is good to see a more humane side to a villain, I liked the episode in season 1 when he visits his mother and you see a person asking for forgiveness as Hiro puts it, he isn't supposed to be vile or evil incarnet.

In saying that, keeping him bad would make him go stale. An arch nemesis is good but eventually you run out of ideas to keep the nemesis a good character and worthy of screentime. It was I suppose a refreshing break to see him go good. The transition back to villain could have been handled better though, I can understand it to an extent, Bennet made him his bitch, but to go and kill Elle, that was out of character since he usually kills for power, he admits it in season 1 that he isn't a mindless killer doing it for the sake of it, so I think it was handled poorly, but I still think in the end Sylar should be bad.

I actually think it was Sylar's emotion that made him kill Elle...not the hunger. He got pissed at her and offed her. I think we're going to see him transition into a ruthless killer. I mean, Elle already made him kill that cashier guy.

3 good ones on the trot, I am pleased. You have to admit, Sylar was fucking awesome in this one. I think this might be the turning point in the season.

I'm still trying to figure out if Claire is powerless again... I mean, Hiro took the "light" from his mother, when in the timeline previous to said encounter, his mother should have given it to Primatech, who would have then given Claire her ability. Unless, maybe this is foreshadowing towards the eventual rescue of Hiro? (from the episode's mention of another new space-time traveler through the Marine program)

    Just confused me a bit.

I thought the Haitian could remove all powers in the immediate area and didn't have to focus on one person.

Apparently, with all of his combined powers Arthur is too much even for the Haitian. I find it weird though that the Haitian could remove Sylar's powers with ease and no strain, yet he barely lasted 5 minutes in the room against Arthur.

Who said Claire was "given" her ability by Primatech?

Arthur was considerably stronger than Sylar it has to be said, but I too was taken aback at how little time he could afford, he didn't have that trouble when Angela poisoned him, he couldn't have gotten that more powerful over that small period of time.

Well I was just presuming that when Hiro's mother was to give the "light" to Primatech, that it was panning out o be the ability given to Claire. That's what I got out of their little time travel episode.

I thought she already had it. I see no reason to assume passing over the light gave the ability. They had already made the drug, as it was given to Nathan as a child, many years before Claire was born, they were giving her the catalyst to hide it and keep it safe.

Yes. That wasn't Claire's power they gave her it was the catalyst.

Thanks for "claire"ifying. Wow, that was lame. Fuck it.

Does anyone else think that this season is finally getting manageable in terms from it's convoluted start? It probably helps that so many characters have died so far, but I'm still trying to figure what is to happen to a number of peripheral characters. Namely Micah, the girl from season two (Micah's cousin, the copycat), and few others I can't think of at the moment.

Well that is season 3 over, I enjoyed the finale but think it could have been more dramatic. I have some questions though. What happened to the Haitian? Ok, so I had 1 question.

Season 4 looks like it could get interesting but I have to admit I am pretty pissed at the idea of a powerless Hiro.

I like Ando and his power he just got. I think he should be able to touch people who lost their powers and it will super charge their powers and they will get it back.
