Default This NFL season is already strange.

What with Brady getting season crippled, the Chargers losing two games in a row, the Bengals being the biggest challenge to the Giants (so far), Miami CRUSHING the Patriots...

I gotta say I'm enjoying it.

Any other weird stuff you've noticed?

    Undefeated Buffalo Bills
    Undefeated Tennessee Titans

2 of my 3 favorite teams are undefeated. This brings me great delight, but it is undoubtedly odd

yeah but on and off. almost every year each team in it is at least somewhat decent. but this year they're all in the top 12 i'd say, with the eagles, giants and cowboys being in the top 3

I'm from Cleveland. Same scenario each year, so nothing strange going on here.

The Titans have somewhat of a cushy schedule this year, but they're a good team.

Philly losing to the Bears, wtf? The Eagles aren't better than the abysmal looking Colts?
Texans and Oakland both almost beating their respective opponents, wacky

The Bears are astronomically better now that they got rid of that damn Gator QB. Just being able to consistently string together 2 first downs gives their defense enough rest to continue playing in the 4th quarter.

Kyle Orton may look like a rapist but at least he isn't a moron like Grossman.

Matt Forte has been a stud so far also. Having a running game now is helping them out a lot.

lol, he really really did. If it weren't for that goal-line stand the Bears would have gone down in embarrassing style.

Maybe the Bears should pull Vinny Testaverde out of retirement...like every other team has done.

The Cowboys pissed me off this week, but that's what happens in a rivalry game.

The Titans are indeed impressing me. Mr. E, I admit you were right.

    Also, fuck the steelers.

That was the worst/best game ever. I've never yelled at the Steelers so much. Offensively, they were dead in the first half. It's a good thing the defense kept their end of the bargain and played pretty solid. What a game.

yeah, Jason Campbell is pretty good

Let's see how they do against the Eagles.

I predict they will lose, just to make the NFC East more re-fuck-diculously even

I know I'm a little late on this but fuck that, the Eagles should have won that game by a touchdown and a couple field goals; god that was depressing to watch.

And I don't think the Bears got a first down in the second half until the fourth quarter.

What do you guys think of Ronnie Brown? He was having an awesome season before he got hurt last year. He had a slow start but had a huge game against New England... Do you think he's going to start pulling good numbers again?

You almost got it right. The Bears should have won that game by a touchdown and a couple field goals complete domination is what the Bears have had this year. They have only trailed for a total of 4 minutes in the 4th quarter this year. They have held the lead for 170 minutes of the 250 minutes played

You can blame errant throws, wrong routes, and a general lack of timing on Romo.

Might as well blame TO, too. Your QB can't be trying to force you the ball all the time when your team has as much offensive talent as they do just to keep you from bitching on camera.

If the Titans can beat the Ravens this weekend then they may walk into their week 9 game against the Packers 7-0 (KC and Indy in between). Weeks 9 and 10 they have the Packers and the Bears. If they beat both of them I really don't see any other team that can beat the Titans on their schedule. The Jets? laff. The Lions? Laff harder. The Browns? Come on. Texans? Yeah right. Steelers would be their only other big problem. We've got Indy's number this year, I just know it.

Rant rant rant Titans for 16-0. It is what I want and so it shall happen.
