Fucking seriously. Especially since 3 of those stars would have taken 15 minutes tops so she could have told him to stop.

If the tattoo artist drew them on her face first (every tattoo of mine regardless of how simple in design was always drawn first) then her case is completely void anyways. Unless she was fucking asleep for that too.

Many skilled artists do tattoos they're comfortable with freehanded, I would think stars would fall under that category for many artists.

If it was america you can't be drunk while getting a tattoo, not just cause you'll regret it in the morning, but because you tend to bleed more

This is also "technically" true. Although I know people who've gotten drunken tattoos at shady parlors.

also, it's not much better, but suing mcdonalds for serving "hot coffee" is at least true. they don't completely make up a story.

Actually in the McDonald's case, it actually made a lot more sense. It wasn't as simple as "I spilled my coffee and they didn't warn me." The coffee was superheated in the morning (like, near boiling) because the majority of people don't open it until they get to work. The woman spilled 250+ degree coffee on herself without any warning that it was nearly so dangerous.

I'm not saying it was worth a million dollars, but there was a legitimate liability case there.

this is true. i believe she actually got 3rd degree burns on her legs.

i was hoping no one would've called me out on that.

The tattoo artist is a really decent guy, it said he was willing to pay for part of her treatment. Still chill, even if he's doing it to save his business. But what a brat.
