Garfunkel and Oates - Only You
Wait, as in Simon Garfunkel and John Oates!?
No. It's a duet of Kate Micucci (who you may know as Gooch from Scrubs, the receptionist or something in the HIMYM episode where Lilly and Marshall almost get married in Atlantic City and I believe she's also in Better Off Ted) and Riki Lindholne (who was the main female lead in something like The Hills Have Eyes). They play a variety of generally hilarious songs with a couple of more serious songs to boot. And they're awesome.

Farewell, Mona Lisa - The Dillinger Escape Plan
They pretty much fused the sound of Calculating Infinity, Miss Machine, Ire Works (production wise and that somewhat industrial sound that record had) into one and it's the most chaotic, face melting music they've ever made... which is kind of scary given the shit they've put out. I haven't listened to these guys in about three years since their last album came out, and I kinda forgot how insane they are.

I and love and you - Avett Brothers
I love songs like this with quite basic piano and strings as well as a complicated meaning behind the lyrics
Also I really didnt expect it to be by anyone like the avett brothers. I heard this before id heard of them and i initially thought of a more rough Brand New, but after listening to them I must admit that im not a fan. But this appears to be a diamond in the rough
