Didn't VH1 try something like this and fail horribly.
Didn't VH1 try something like this and fail horribly.
VH1 fails at everything except Popup Video
Pop in to POP UP VIDEO.
They did some good stuff to the videos from the 80s, you have to admit.
I used to get my useless trivia from that show.
Jack Johnson sounds the same in all respects.
I would do anything for love... but I won't do that. No I won't do that.
Coheed sings about a story that doesn't make any sense because Claudio keeps changing it, so no they are not emo.
Absolution and Fido, I don't agree or disagree with you, since I don't listen to Coheed and Cambria because their singer is horrible and most of their songs aren't good (though a few are really good), but both of your arguments are terrible.
I'm not really arguing as much as I am just stating
I'm not going to deny my argument was bad, but honestly how do you defend a group from being called 'emo' (minus that fact that they say they're not emo), when there's not even a clear understanding of what "Emo" music is?
No bands have ever really admitted to being emo. My Chemical Romance defended the term after the Daily Mail went on the rampage once but that's it.
Anyway, emo > daily mail.
Still, they have some very emo songs (a favour house atlantic), use emo themes (no, not just emo themes) and sound like a few other 'emo' bands out there. Plus they're ridiculously over rated by their fans which is usually a sign that a band is emo (or Metallica).
Hawthorne Heights are not a band, they're AIDS.
And yes, the last part was a bit of a joke.
The Beatles are really the first emo band.
"I want to hold your hand".
Really? Fuck off. Simplistic, over-emotional bullshit.
"Why don't we do it in the road".
Why don't you... And get hit by a semi. Fucking retards.
It must be fun being one of your friends.
I like to think so.
Well Claudio as your lead is not smart. He's good but he's good because he also happens to be the creative force behind CoCa, sings and plays; kinda like Erak from the Fall of Troy.
Bad example, but that popped into my head.
This one is easy.
Vocals-Maynard James Keenan
Bass/Strings-Paz Lenchantin
Lead Guitar-Billy Howerdel
Backup Guitar-Danny Lohner
Drums-Josh Freese
It's not that hard when the work has already been done for you.
As for an original djwolford production.....
Vocals-Amy Lee
Bass-Justin Chancellor
Lead Guitar-John Frusciante
Violin-Saul Davies
Drums-Danny Carey
It's a strange combination that would either fail miserably or be the greatest thing ever heard.
