What concerts/bands are you seeing this summer? I'm treating myself to sonic youth for my birthday. Other than that I can't think of any other concerts I'm going to.

I might go to some free shows/street festivals, but otherwise I don't have anything planned. My area doesn't get too many acts in that I'd be willing to pay to see.
I'm going to ROck the Bells in July. they got a great line up including nas some wu tang members common the roots and some others. Might go to the brooklyn hip hop festival but the performances arent too exciting. not really hyped about the rappers who will be there.
I'm going to an Enter Shikari concert July 2. The I'm attending 'All Points West' where I'll be seeing a whole bunch a bands like MGMT, Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, and Coldplay.
I'm planning on seeing The Dead Weather in Columbus this July. Its a new group with Jack White (of the White Stripes), Jack Lawrence (bassist of The Raconteurs and The Greenhornes), Dean Fertita (guitarist from Queens of the Stone Age), and Alison Mosshart (singer of The Kills).
I'm excited as fuck.
I went to DEMF already, that was nutty! I'm going to Rock The Bells (http://rockthebells.net) and I might go to the 311 + Ziggy Marley concert in 2 weeks, still not sure about that.
Also went to DEMF a couple weeks ago, probably going to Rothbury in July. Anything past that is in the air. Then again, I don't go to concerts, I go to festivals. Also, babar, I think Ziggy Marleys gonna be at Rothbury, you should just go to that instead.
I really want to go to the last stop for the Stimulate This! Tour with Staind, Shinedown, Chevelle and Halestorm in Philly. I may not make it though, and tix are only supposed to be around $40.
nine inch nails / jane's addiction / street sweeper social club
dream theater / zappa plays zappa / pain of salvation / beardfish
porcupine tree / king's x
the decemberists / heartless bastards
I'm probably going to start my summer concert spree off with Bonnaroo next week and decide the rest from that.
I'll probably be attending a few music festivals, local stuff (nelsons ledges, in ohio for anybody who knows what that is). I just got back from Jonesfest (jones for the revival, awesome band). I plan on going to the regaefest and the gratefulfest, and probably the halloweenfest as well.

Chances are sales of "Greatest Hits" albums would skyrocket for years to come. Shitty, unreleased b-sides would serve as labels' last cash in and would no doubt become extremely popular. Bands would imitate their style, creating the "post-post-grunge" genre.
Thanks douche.
