Anyways, if that's your opinion, have at it. But i'm not arguing. I just want to know what would you guys do in this situation? Because it's really starting to eat at me.

Join a gym, and I don't mean a Bally's Gym. I mean a boxing gym. Easiest form of defense to learn, practice, and it will get your ass into decent shape..

You will flinch, you will get hit, you will get over it. Eventually you just see punches coming at you and are like 'fuck...' and you are hit. No biggie.
