Appearance goes a long way Satori. You don't necessarily have to be extremely good looking, but if you look like you take care of yourself and care about your appearance it will do a lot for you.

I comb my hair. I used regular shampoo and water. Then I dry my hair. I wait 2 hours. I use dry shampoo. Comb my hair. The regular shampoo rinses my hair. The dry shampoo makes my hair look less messy than I use regular shampoo and water.

Is this good or bad?

I don't see why you need to use dry shampoo as well. I can't remember, is your hair curly or straight?

That's why you should wash it at least every other day.

Straighteners will help you get your hair less curly, and they also control the frizziness of it.

Try herbal essences hair mask! It's so good for sorting out the curls and making your hair look mega healthy and shiny... if your hair is short then try growing it longer, will be easier to do more stuff to it
