    Dear God Almighty these things are insanely good.

    3 packets of Oreos - crushed as small as possible and sieved
    250g of cream cheese - slightly softened

    mix the crumbed oreos into the cheese. roll into balls and top with melted chocolate.

    alterntatively, add alcohol to the melted chocolate and inject into the balls.

    quick as you like. i got 60 out of this, cost me less than £5. great for parties, but will disappear quick.

    oh also they need to be refrigerated for around an hour after being coated, both to set the melted chocolate and to restiffen the cheese
