I'm the designated egg cooker at my house. About to make an omelet.

2 to 3 eggs with a splash of milk. Beat em. Salt and pepper to taste. I like to use a seasoning blend with onions peppers and such. You can get it in the freezer section of your grocery store. This gets put in a small skillet and sauteed along with some precooked bacon or ham or turkey or sausage. Once done put it on a paper towel to drain. In a medium sized skillet pour the eggs in and break the bubbles with your turner when the come up allowing runny egg to touch the surface of the skillet. When there is barely any runny egg left put in the filling that you made before on half of the egg. Throw on some shredded cheese. Take your turner and fold the side that doesn't have filling over the side that does. Allow the cheese to melt but don't leave it like this too long before you plate it. The hardest part of this is getting it on the plate looking like it did in the skillet. It's delicious even if you screw it up!
