I really wanted to make the football team but I was cut two years in a row. I really don't want to be cut again. Does anyone have any good tips? I try to work out an hour a day 6 days a week. My activities are weight lifting with machine, stairmaster, stationary bike, treadmill, throwing football against wall, throwing football in air and catching it, running outside, kicking football, pushups, situps, burpies, jogging, walking, mostly. Occasionally I can find someone to practice with for catching and tackling. Everyone on the team is usually heavier or more muscular than me or can run faster or catch better. Is there anything I can do to help or am I wasting my time? Thanks.
