I was lifting weights with the machine and my neck hurts really bad. I hope it gets better. I think I should keep my workouts easier for a bit and not lift heavy weights over my head, and not lift really heavy objects for awhile. I'm on my laptop in my bed right now and its hard to get up and move around on my sides. Is there anything I should do to prevent this from happening again? Any ideas how to make the pain go away? I shouldn't lie in bed all day but it's hard to get up and lying down supports my neck a bit.
