I don't always sound like an 8 year-old. Well, at least I don't think I sound like a child but I guess it's because I'm used to my own voice.
I guess thanks to everyone who thought I'd sound deadpan and sarcastic. I sometimes wish I talked like DickStivers and/or Daria.
When I was about 14 I couldn't understand why people thought I had a squeaky voice because in my head it sounded like James Earl Jones through a kazoo.
