oh i've had it peak every now and then and cause me trouble, and i've heard the death cries of frequencies i'll never be able to hear again

but i mean literally every second of the day, there is this high pitched squeal or whine that sounds remarkably like 19k on my speakers, just quiet, all the time.

my cousin has the same thing and i remember the two of us having discussions baout how there was no such thing as silence

Got to around 18/19...I have tinnitus pretty badly as well so got fairly confused as to which noise was actually there.

I think musicians get it worse. My hearing in general is awful, practically deaf in one ear.

I can whistle with my ears when I try to pop them. No tinnitus I am aware of, though, I started wearing earpro years ago when the mission permits it.

in spite of the tinnitus, i always seem to get loud jobs - lumber mill, window factory - basically cutting things with saws all the time.

I always wore ear plugs and i still can't believe that out of everyone in the mill, i was 1 of 2 of 7 who regularly wore earplugs, and in the window factory, i was one of 2 of 30 who wore earplugs, even though there were people running louder machines than I was.

i'm still not a fan of loud noises, except concerts and whatnot
