I have no doubt. I don't really know anything about blackmail law. I was just going off of how I imagine things would go if the laws worked the way my brain does. Blackmail seems like on of those things you have to get caught in the act of to get punished.
But who knows, other than a lawyer, a judge, a law student, certain people who have been on blackmail juries, people who have been involved in blackmail cases, or particular and specifically well-informed individuals?
