    Default WMMR 93.3 Cardboard Classic

So, I got a chance to go to the annual Cardboard Classic held by WMMR (Philly 93.3). It was fucking amazing. From my friend who built a Segway (for Chimp Riding on a Segway), to a fucking enormous Godzilla creation, there were some awesome entries. Not all of them made it down in one piece, but boy was it a show. For anyone who isn't familiar, the Cardboard Classic is a contest in which all sled entries must be made of only cardboard, tape, string, and glue. Anything more (even hay, which got a Dumb & Dumber themed pooch mobile disqualified... so disappointing) disqualifies the team.

Here are some pics I took from my phone:

There were some very innovative creations, including the Ben Franklin Bridge, a gigantic WMMR bong, another Micheal Phelps themed bong, a huge two story Segway, and so many more.

And from last year, some Optimus Prime (too bad he doesn't transform) :

Hopefully they will have video up on WMMR soon. NBC 10 already has a spot, but they don't have it streaming.

    Enjoy!

Yeah. Born and raised, but have been in Bucks for about 10 years now.
