i mean there's being a conservative who's not a republican, there's being a republican who didn't support bush, and then there's people that supported bush. the people in the last category are ALL republicans.

The media demonized Bush more than he deserved, that is all I was saying. I try to be an equalizing voice whenever I see a situation that unfairly isn't being handled equivocally, and the more vehement the media got the more vehement I had to get to equalize them. I think his social policy was awful and that he handled the war wrong, but he didn't ruin America forever like people like to think, and he isn't significantly responsible for half as many things as people blamed him for.
Yea he was demonized more than he should have been, but goddamn did I hate the fucker.
