My pay is £6 an hour. And as far as I know there is no such policy. However, if ou bring your food back and tell them its cold, you'll probably get a free voucher or something...

You have to admit, that's a decent rate of pay.
I worked at kfc for 2.5 years, and burger king for a couple months. It was oh so much fun.

There are a shit-ton of people who make 10 dollars an hour or less, millions. It's a good wage for someone who doesn't need to support themselves in terms of rent, food, clothing, utilities etc.
Plus, no one starts off their first job making 50 or 60 grand a year.

Seriously I worked there long enough that I can say without a doubt that nothing is quality there.
Now I can't even eat McDonalds food anymore.
And the pay sucks, you work with uneducated 30 year olds who hold on to the one little scrap of power they can find for dear life because they know that if working at McDonalds is the highlight of their life, what in gods name do they have to look forward to in their twilight years?
When I worked there, I actually worked with a girl a couple years younger than me, her sister who was a year older than her, their mother, and their grandmother.

Where I live, Burger King hires up all the retards. And I mean like the actually mentally retarded folk. The store manager has down syndrome and can't communicate except in grunts and whistles. The drive thru lady pronounces chicken fries as "chikken fuwies" and onion rings as unyion wings.
Seriously, I don't understand it, because BK is better food than Mickey D's.
The one I worked at was where they trained managers and sent them to other stores. We had pretty high standards in comparison to other locations.

The only real adult is the franchise owner who comes in about once a month. How long ago did you work there? Cause I just told you how much I earn, and the pay certainly doesn't suck.
