Well I work at a restaurant so I do some walking around. When I'm not at work I try to do either 45 minutes pushups or lifting furniture or boxes. Or between 1h- 2h doing some of: playing basketball, football, soccer, hacky sack, jogging, walking, running, dancing. Maybe you are right I should do 2h of cardio even if I only feel like doing 1h. So thanks.
Playing a mind game that reminds me of playing a video game. Like playing a video game in your head where you are the main character. Where you can do almost anything you want. So then I can pretend my life is interesting and fun instead of being bored at work. Thanks for the idea.

I just think I would be healthier and look better if I was skinnier. I think that if other people can do it than I should be able to too. It is just that I'm not trying hard enough or I don't have the willpower.
Maybe that would work. But I know this one girl who claims to be a virgin and people say she is skinny.
Sex isnt the only way to lose weight, I just suggested that because you seem to have an obsession with gettin'some. Also, have you not seen this "friend"? why do you have to have other people tell you shes skinny?
And on the other comment of yours, you might not have the body structure to be "skinny" to your satisfaction, so i would suggest suicide

Yes. She is shorter than me and way skinnier. But when I go around my work talking about my weight and how I want to lose some, my coworkers say to eat and not to be anorexic. Then they watch me eat at lunch time. So I think avoiding the coworker/weight discussion isn't such a bad idea.
This might work. But I haven't heard this method before. It seems drastic. Maybe I should just trying to eat a little bit less at a time and healthier. That way people might not notice. It won't be that hard. It might have the same results I would just not get results as soon as I would like.

I don't think so. I've been 115 pounds before. I just get so hungry on my period that I end up putting on another 5-8 pounds. Plus it used to be so easy for me to lose weight that I could gain and lose easily. Now it seems like my weight is stabilizing and doesn't want to change.
