I don't know. I mean regarding a boyfriend than who would I choose? I don't have a large pool to choose from. Just mostly single guys at my work I know that are looking for a relationship. Some guys don't they say they don't have much time with second jobs, school.
Even so, I don't think I would be happy, I would miss/think about hot girls.
I do think that the girl isn't interested in me. We didn't talk much today. Today I didn't try to hook up with any girls at work. They usually hire everyone who applies. As long as over fifteen, can work at least two shifts a week. They don't like me much. I think people don't like it/me when I flirt/hang around/chat with girls. But people at work are nicer to me on days that I don't try to chat/flirt than when I do.

I can't watch this go on any longer. SE, as a rule don't date people you work with. It never works out, and it makes things awkward between you and your coworkers, even, nay, especially if it works out and you end up dating. I did stop flirting with girls at work today. As for dating someone at work, well I agree that is awkward for the coworkers. But you could try and keep it private. Like meet outside of work. Don't hang around each other at work. My supervisor flirts with girls at work. Also the chubby girl flirts with her but almost always when there is only the three of us around.
I don't think she would want to date me since she is quite popular at work. I am at best low mid popular if even that. I actually think I am losing popularity. I think that flirting with girls bring my popularity down, but doesn't bring other people's popularity down when they flirt. So basically, it doesn't make sense for her to date me right now for her as that would bring her popularity down and mine up. What I would have to do is increase my popularity so that people wouldn't look down on her for hanging around me. Which would probably require a lot of time, knowledge and effort. So in other words lots of hard work and it would take a while. But about the dating part, usually one person is more liked at work than others. So the more liked person at work could have the upper hand in the relationship. Which wouldn't be me. So it would be worse for me if we did date and broke up. Also the fact that most people at work since she is beautiful and I not, they would think she can do better than me. So really they would want to break us up.
So yeah, you are right the relationship has a low chance of working long term. But I still think it would be fun for me at the time if we were dating.
