I did that in one of my computer class in high school, and they said they had to reformat the computer to get it to work right.
I lol'd pretty hard.
I once copy and pasted this kid's desktop with recycle bin icons until it filled his screen; renamed all his icons and folders to recycle bin and changed all the icons and folders' icons to the recycle bin icon; then screenshot the whole thing and set is as his background.
The kid was brash and shift-deleted everything off his desktop, which included his homework. He was pretty pissy for the rest of the day.

9th grade my school had a picture of the school as their background. I went in paint edited it and colored around messed around put stick figures and shit in it, nothing too bad. well it saved as the background and changed it to my cool new edited one, and my teacher saw and sent me to the principals(lol) where i sat for 2 hours and then she just laughed at it said it was a dumb thing but she had to punish me and gave me a week of after school detention.
