I started attempting to get BoC's last summer. I got my first one in June. It went up at like 4pm on the 2nd day. Then the next Woot Off I attempted to get a BOC I was in the library at school and there was something new and I left for class. 5 mins later I get to class at 3:30 and open my laptop and the BOC is up and sold out! I was pissed about that one. I learned it from watching woot tv during that first woot off.. generally they'll put it up between 2 or 3pm and 7pm ish on the 2nd or 3rd day.
I highly doubt they'd put it up in the middle of the night.
Interesting. I'm a little intregued as to why they put up BoC's at all and how they benefit from them... I suppose it keep people glued to woot.com to see the woot-off deals available up to the BoC sale.

They did a 24 hr woot off like 3 weeks ago too with no BoC. Most likely because they gave away 5000 on the 0-9 number contest when they usually only give away 1500 BOC's per woot off.
