Thread: Any Ideas of fun things to do when home alone?

I have this house that I'm renting in September. Right now I am just renting a house that is my landlord &landlord's family. So the new place is just my roommate and me. My roommate is going to college/ work and I don't work much so I have the whole place to myself alot.

What should I do? We have a basement downstairs so I could play sports down there since it has lots of space compared to the rest of the rooms in the house. What are some good things I can do? I don't know maybe floor hockey, soccer, football, maybe. Cuz that way I don't have to leave my house. Plus most people I know have full time jobs so I have to play by myself.

Is it possible to skateboard in your basement? I'm not sure if it is dangerous or possible. It isn't carpeted. That way I wouldn't have to leave the house. Plus I don't like skateboarding outside much. People ask me if I can do tricks and I can't. I want more practice. I'm not sure if I will have enough space to do much in the basement.

Does anyone know of a good website for online courses? Or some good jobs you can get from taking online classes? I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. That way I could still go to my part time job because if I went to school I might run out of money unless I borrowed/ was able to get a loan. Online courses would give me something to do in my spare time. That could hopely get a job with my hours.

I could go on my computer, read library books, play video games watch tv, but I already sometimes do. At my other house, when I first joined lws, I mostly just sat on my computer most of the time. I want to get some exercise so I don't become unfit again.
