Bruise Going On A Rollercoaster.

Have you ever gone on a rollercoaster and got a bruise? I went to Galaxyland and went on the two rollercoasters plus some other rides. I think that when I went on the rollercoaster that went upside down and had big loops and drops I was holding on the bars. Well my arm muscle was pressed against the bar. I didn't go on that roller coaster again. It is kind of purple and right on my left muscle arm. I'm left handed. I think I leaned forward when the ride was going over a big jump plus I was held down when the roller coaster went upside down.

Is this normal? Has this ever happened to you or someone you know?

Why did this happen? The person beside me went on the same rides as me and didn't get a bruise. It was only the one arm. It feels kind of weird when I shake my arm and feels painful if I touch it.

Would it be ok if I did pushups tomorrow or would that be a bad idea? Should I stop going on rides at amusement parks or at least roller coasters or that ride?

Is there some way I can prevent bruises from roller coasters?

I could just wait until it heals. Maybe just don't use my left arm to lift heavy things and don't sleep on it. Then it might be fine and not get worse.

The reason this happened is because metal bars on roller coasters have steel in them. Steel is a metal alloy. It contains different elements. These elements have a reaction with human skin that makes it change color if there is prolonged contact with it. You don't really have a bruise, the steel just changed the color of your skin.
There is a really cool trick you can do with steel because it changes the color of your skin. If you make the steel cold it changes it even more. Get a steel pipe or rod and stick in your freezer for a couple days. After 3 or 4 days in the freezer, put it on somewhere like your tongue or vagina and it will make whatever you put it on change colors. It works a lot better if whatever part of your body you touch the steel to is wet. It will probably feel really good if you stick it up your vagina.

I have a bruise currently. Should I be worried? I walked into a trashcan the other day and it fell into me. I now have a rectangular green bruise and a scratch. Im really worried. I cleaned the cut and it hurt.

Do you think its an infection? Do you think it will affect my job? Should I get my arm removed?

I was thinking about doing pull ups later, would that be a bad idea since I have a bruise?

I thought steel would just make it freeze. Anyway even if steel changes your skin color, it still feels like a bruise.

I want to do pushups because I think that if I don't I will lose muscle. If I lose muscle I won't be able to eat as much and I will become fat. Also I do not want to get weaker as It will be harder for me to lift stuff. I have some of my stuff still in boxes. This makes it easier if I want to move as I won't have to pack. I don't look very muscular. I think I look like an average girl. I think because I don't eat super lean such as eating cheaper foods like potatoes, fatty cuts of meat, peanut butter, peanuts instead of low fat high protein foods. Also I think that using weights would be better for additional muscles than boxes which are big and bulky or pushups. Plus probuilders might usually do steroids as it is easier to stay competitive which can really be bad for you long term.
