BoC will appear around 12pm - 8pm EST today or tomorrow. That's the timeframe they've always put it up from my past experiences.. I am leaning towards them putting it up tomorrow because they haven't had one in a while.

I really want to get the BoC this time but I'm probably going to miss it again.
