If you say "I have a small penis" people know you have a small penis. But if you say "I have an average penis", people still think you have a small penis. And if you say "I have a gigantic penis", people think you have a tiny penis and need to compensate verbally.
So, from this in depth study of human behaviour, we can surmise that there's never any real need to worry about your penis because everyone has ridiculously low expectations anyway.

I personally think that the bar should be set at 8 inches, but that's just my opinion.
