About a month ago, I ordered an LP from a guy and didn't receive the package until nearly a month later; I contacted the seller about it before it arrived and he said that he had really been running behind on shipping. Since the record and jacket were in near mint condition, I only left him neutral feedback. Today, I received this message from him:

Hello,

I'm very sorry to have taken so long to get the Nebula record to you, but now I'm having major problems selling things on Ebay and I think that it could be do to the neutral feedback that you left me. Do you think that if I gave you $20 you could remove the feedback? Please let me know.

Thanks
Has this happened to anyone before? Should I accept the $20 or is this a hoax to get me to delete the feedback?
