I think I eat too much salt, you guys. I think I should cut back a little at a time. Too much too soon and I think I will get salt withdrawals. I just noticed because I have a really dry mouth. I was eating meat macaroni and cheese loaf today and it was making my mouth a lot worse. So I googled and the stuff is like 22 per cent salt. Since I eat so much meat anyway I want to start buying lower salt meat. Which means less lunch meat, weiners, sausages and canned meat. I don't usually read the salt contents on labels. But then again, I can taste that some meat tastes saltier than others. But I want to start. I just will have to start cooking, possibly. I just noticed how salty the mac and cheese loaf and how bad it was making my mouth feel so I stopped eating it and ate teriyaki seafood snacks. Much better.
