So to paraphrase your question in English, you're asking why can't we make cold fusion by using lots and lots of heat?
The answer is we already have done, but then that it isn't cold fusion it's hot fusion.
So far that's been good for making big fission explosions even bigger, and making controlled fusion reactions that absorbs about 50 times as much energy as it produces.
