REBELS IN THE THRONE ROOM -- Round 5!!!!

It's happened! The sweet smell of revolution is in the air. Rebels, operating in independant cells, swarmed the castle in the early afternoon, quickly overcoming the guards and making their way to the throne room itself. Barricading the door, fighting quickly broke out between the guards and the rebels. In a moment of inbred brilliance, the King quickly shed his royal mantle and switched clothes while the melee went on. When three of the brighter Guards saw which way this fight was going, they quickly changed clothing in the confusion, indistinguishable from the rebels, much like the King. Soon enough, all uniformed guards were slain, leaving twelve dirty, bloodied men in the room.
"The King's robes are here, but I can't find the body!" one of crowd shouts out. A quick search reveals 4 dead Rebels stripped of their clothing. "He must still be in this room!" Another shouts. "Which of us is the King?"
"Wait!" another cries, "There are three Guard uniforms on the ground too! They must be in here with the King!"
Well this is a bit of pickle, isn't it? The Rebels know they number 8, now, with 3 Guards and a King in this group. If, at any point, the King and Guards equal the number of Rebels, the royal force will be able to overcome their captors and escape. The Rebels, though, know that if they manage to kill the King, the Guards will give themselves up, having nothing left to fight for.
"How do we figure out who is the King?" someone asks.
"Stop saying it like that." one of the Rebels mutters.
"None of us knows who each other are!" the first continues, oblivious to the aside.
"We vote. Whoever is most suspicious of being royal will be run through. We know that every time one of that line dies, their bodies change into a falcon. We see it every time a new King comes." No one knows who suggested this. Most of the crowd is still wiping sweat, dirt and blood from their eyes.
Nobody likes this process, but nobody can come up with a better alternative. This is the way it will be.
Rules!

There is to be no communication about gameplay in this game outside of this thread. In terms of flavour, there is no point at which anyone in the group is seperate from anyone else. There is to be no discussion about the game outside of the game (I am aware of the hypocrisy. Nevertheless...) and if it comes to my attention that any player is attempting to contact and scheme with another player, I will modkill the sender and maybe the recipient, depending on the the content of the information and context. This version of Mafia is not designed for external communication about the game and it wrecks the balance if people gang up. Please don't do this.
2) You must post at least once each day.

Not once each game day. Once every real, 24-hour period day. If you don't, I'll send you a PM warning you. If you have enough warnings, I'll just modkill you. If you have only limited access to the internet, let me know somehow. Check the thread regularly. I don't want this game just sputtering out.
3)Majority votes are required.

If a day drags out with little to no involvement, I will set a deadline. If there is still no majority before the deadline, there will be no kill, unless the vote is 1 short of a kill. If 1 person does not vote due to inactivity, I will consider the remaining votes a majority for the purposes of the deadline.
4) Thou Shalt Not Quote the GM
aka don't ctrl+c ctrl+v your role PM.
Do not copy your role PM to confirm your role or whatever. They're all carbon copies anyways, because I am both busy and lazy, but there should be no influence of game setup on your arguing your alignment. If you copy/paste even a small portion of your role PM or any communication between the GM and yourself into the thread, you will be removed from the game. Paraphrasing is perfectly fine.
I noticed this is the first zombie game I ran. It gives the wrong kind of credence and support for an argument to copy/paste your Role PM. Think about it this way: when you're arguing with someone that you are or aren't something, you don't use "God made me this way, and here's the receipt to prove it" as an argument.
Setup!
This is a setup known as "Rebels in the Throne Room". There are three roles: King, Guard and Rebel. There is 1 King, 3 Guards and 8 Rebels.
The King wins when the number of Guards + King are equal to the number of rebels remaining. The King does not know anyone else's role.
The Guards know who the King is, but not who each other are. They share the King's win condition
The Rebels are the uninformed majority. They win only when the King has been killed.
THIS IS A NIGHTLESS SETUP, which means once a majority vote has been reached, there will be a modscene describing the death and revealing the alignment of the player killed. Immediately after this voting begins again until one of the win conditions have been met. There are no special abilities in this game.
