How can you make your own radio station?

Would it be free to make? It wouldn't have to be on the radio. It could be on the internet. So you could make your own songs. You could sell advertising space to companies to try and make money. Also, advertising could be used to try and get people to buy stuff like cds and tshirts. You could have a section for call ins or letters, or interviews so people can comment. So you can improve your station. That way people who want to can listen to your songs, people who don't want to, can do whatever they want. Would it be possible for me to have? Or would it be really expensive?

Why would you be interviewed? It's your own radio station.
That'd be like a guest going on Howard Stern and asking him questions.

Oh, I thought in case people wanted to know the meaning of songs, clarification if I don't speak clearly, want to know about my life, or what I do in the future, ask why they should buy cds. But I could interview you and ask you questions about how I can improve my songs, rhymes, sell more products, get more listeners, etc.
