The truth is a male with a circumcised penis has smooth testicles whereas a male with an uncircumcised penis has wrinkly testicles. This is due to the decrease in penal pressure from the loss of foreskin.

So, me, ShitFace and probably all the other Brits (unless any are Jews) here have wrinkly testicles whereas all the yanks likely have smooth testicles.
