Prostitutes usually take the semen in the mouth and then either spit it out or, for an extra charge, swallow it. As has been mentioned previously in this thread, swallowing has very negligible effects.
On the other hand, you may notice that a lot of porn stars don't look too aged and manage to retain their youthful looks well into their late 20's/early 30's. I'd be lying if I said surgery wasn't at least partly responsible but a lot of this result can be attributed to the frequent "on-set facials" they receive from their male colleagues.

I think that whatever damage is done, is done. The best thing for me is to prevent any future damage. The best thing to do is remember to put on sunscreen frequently when I go out in the sun. Sometimes I used to think about other things being in the sun, and I got sunburn, so I think that helped. Having a sunburn sucks.

Human testing takes a lot of funding. In this economy there isn't much money for scientific testing so they will be waiting until they get sufficient financial support for their studies. This will likely take several years.
