Default Switching from Cigarette to E-cigarette(Vaping)

It is really hard for me not to smoke cigarette since I'm thinking to stop. So, I am planning to switch to vaping first and I do not have any idea where to start. Can you suggest where to start?

LOL. Ya know. You might be able to rig up ChatGPT or some shit to make it look like we are active. That might bring in some actual humans?

I started smoking because of depression, and now I don't know how to quit. It's been really hard to break the habit. I could really use some lifehacks or tips from anyone who has successfully quit.

I totally understand how hard it is to quit smoking, especially when it's tied to something as tough as depression. One thing that worked for me was gradually reducing my cigarette intake and replacing it with vaping. Start by setting small goals, like cutting down one cigarette a day, and using a vape when the cravings hit hard. This gradual reduction helped me because it wasn't an immediate cut-off, which can be overwhelming.

I was in a similar situation and found it incredibly hard to stop smoking. I used to smoke regularly to cope with stress and sadness. What really helped me was switching to vaping. It allowed me to manage my nicotine cravings without the harsh effects of cigarettes. Over time, I was able to decrease the nicotine level in my vape juice, making it easier to eventually stop altogether. This method gave me the control and flexibility I needed. If you're looking for a starting point, I highly recommend trying out <SPAM LINK REMOVED - POST REMAINS FOR HILARITY>
