I am calm, I just don't know why people think they know someone after reading a post lol. Its like reading one page of a book and then reviewing it.

I created this thread because I figured this forum wasn't restricted to discussing shows we liked, and it wasn't a crime to discuss which ones we hate.

But if this thread is going to continue down into the depths of mindless flaming because people don't want to discuss that, then fine.
If any more insults/digs are made at anyone can this thread be closed please. Flames has its own separate forum for a reason.

edit: on a separate note, even though this thread has been derailed, it has made me laugh a lot.

I decided on my opinion of you after reading several posts across several subforums.

But anyway, while the quality of Scrubs has undoubtedly declined in recent years, it is still a great show overall with many many quality episodes. Anyone who has watched Scrubs and hasn't enjoyed themselves at least a little bit clearly has no soul. I mean, come on, how can you not love Janitor?

Oh ok, several pages from a book then.

Janitor is probably the best character, but still very predictable and uh....cringey humour. At least I find him to be.
Along with all the other characters.

I guess I have no soul.

    Nec-c-c-c-cro!

Anyway yeah thoughts on the new season?

I thought the first episode was pretty terrible, but better than season 7. It's become less ridiculously silly, which is a plus, but it hasn't really got any funnier. Kinda dissapointed.

Also, Courtney Cox is hot as hell so that's enough to keep me watching it.

I like Scrubs, just not enough to go out of my way to watch it.That's pretty much all I have to say about it.

I like scrubs. I never kept up with new episodes but I will watch reruns on comedy central and they are pretty funny.

It's better than the first. Really depressing though, not enough laughs. Definitely not the right kind of episode for the second in a season.

More in line with the first season, specifically the one where the old woman just lets herself die. It reminded me of that, and that is probably my favorite [Scrubs] episode, so maybe that's why I liked the second one so much.

That is a good episode which is also fairly on (episode 4), so I guess it can work. Dunno this episode just didn't work as well for me. Hoping the 3rd is much better to restore my faith in the series.

I used to like scrubs. I watched pretty much every episode. I sincerely doubt there is an episode I haven't seen at least twice. After seeing every episode, I realized that its an awful show and now I can't stand to watch it. I used to love it, me and my old roommate would watch the new ones every week. Now, when someone turns on a rerun I either change the channel or leave the room. I hate scrubs now.

I haven't posted itt in like 4 months, delayed attack is not fair.

But Scrubs is more entertaining than most of the rot on television. I'd rather it stay on forever than be subjected to more Two and a Half Men or some other terrible sitcom.

2 and 1/2 men has some great one liners, though. I dislike Charlie Sheen and think his delivery is terrible, and Jon Cryer's character is annoying, but I love the writing on that series.

Two and a Half Men is the only 'comedic' show I have ever watched where I have not once laughed ever. Not once. I mean, I even laughed at Assy McGee once. I laughed at What Happens in Vegas once. Hell, I laughed at a Geico commercial once.

If you can laugh at Assy McGee, you're more of a man than I am. I've laughed at Two and a Half Men once, and it took a pretty large quantity of marijuana to make that happen.

It was funny once, it isn't now. Like The Simpsons. And South Park. And the later seasons of Friends.

Friends is one of those shows that Mr. E was describing in my opinion. I had to watch it a lot because one of my ex womans was crazy about it, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't force myself to laugh a single time. I really wish I had the countless hours of my life that I spent watching that show back.

I watched the two episodes last night. They weren't horrible. I haven't really watched since season 3 though.

I chuckled a bit, but it wasn't hilarious.

House is more of a comedy than this show to me.
I hear the voices inside my head. They counsel me. They understand. They talk to me.

South Park is more brilliant than ever. It's one of the most well written and consistently intelligent satires there is.

I would like to add that I have laughed once at Two and a Half Men. It was some bit about erectile dysfunction. As lame a show as it is (probably Carlos Mencia-lame), the kid's delivery is spot on pretty much every time.

HEY! That's not nice to say about Seinfeld!

(Actually, I never watched it. I just like Kelsey Grammar.)

I'm going to take this with a pinch of irony.

    Either way, epic fayle.
