No they aren't. They keep fairly close to the overall storyline I have heard, but not enough to be used for accurate predictions on upcoming episodes.

Micah is Rebel. Watching it now. That was a fucking awesome episode. I used to dislike Micah, but his balls have dropped now and he might actually turn out to be a pretty cool character, he was like a ninja running away when Tracy iced those goons. And I must say, Daphne's death was rather well done. I think I can condifently say that Fugitives has been pretty damn good and it looks set to finish on a massive high. I am glad I stuck with the series.
