    I re-started my diet Thursday. My wife is helping me by doing all the cooking.

    I'm down 4lbs in about 3 days. Granted, this is probably all water weight or some other craziness.

    What I need to do is find something to motivate my ass to work out.

    Exercise videogames always help . We all love video games, we hate exercising, combine the two, just like the OP has done. I'm trying to do that, but I lack the space in my bedroom hah. Just small things help though, like taking the stairs over the elevator, getting a good sleep and not eating so late and such. Also be sure that you're checking weights at the same time every time. Not like checking when you wake up, and then 1 week later after you just ate a big meal obviously.

    Though it's nice to see sometimes that I'm the same weight I was in the morning, than I was after a fat meal at Wingstop or Red Robins.. ^_^
