Honestly that would work. heh.

I'm liking the diet. I feel better, have more energy. I don't like calling it a lifestyle change like they do on /r/loseit because I'm not a faggot but this really will change my life. Now I want to go out and do stuff instead of sit at home. Kind of weird that a diet change would do that to you. I'm planning a hiking and camping trip to do in the spring. I'm going fishing more in the spring. And I'm also going to join a shooting club.

I'd really love to get out and do some running but every time I run I get a new pain and after two weeks of running every other day I develop shin splints and they hurt. Even starting slow like the couch to 2k type programs I can only last a month before it gets unbearable. Really sucks because I love how I feel after a run. Maybe I should get a bicycle and develop some Armstrong thighs. Too bad I don't have any friends who play tennis or soccer. Both excellent cardio sports.
