Well it looks like routine may be just every Friday morning I play my EA Active 2, which requires a lot of jumping around, but I also just picked up "The Fight, Lights Out" for the Playstation Move, where maybe I can exercise in my room more discretely. I already feel sore and am losing weight though, so good for me, though extremely bad for my oversized clothing -_-.

    God, I knoooooooow the feeling!

My weight has been between 145 and 150 lbs. for years. Then a couple weeks ago I weighed myself:

    151.3 lbs.

    I was HORRIFIED.

I thought, "Oh boy, here it comes you fatty fatty fat fat." But I was such a big whale that I felt just SOOOO depressed about.

Everyday I'd look in the mirror and say,"You're just a FAT. You like your potato chip you FAT?" Then I'd smear around my mouth saying, "You fat whore! You like getting painted up don't you because you're just a FAT WHORE."

(Okay everything before "I thought..." was true. I was horrified because I was scared that it was just the beginning of my fatness and blah blah being etc.)

I don't like calling it a lifestyle change like they do on /r/loseit because I'm not a faggot but this really will change my life.
Ya, well you're going to have to be a closeted "healthy lifestyle" person, because really you do have to adopt healthier habits to maintain yourself.

Frankly, I think you should be honest with your family, unless you want your children to find out by catching you with an anonymous carrot you solicited from Craigslist.

Also... diiiidn't know you were that old.
