    I have to say, I feel rather sore from my most recent workout, and it's rather satisfying. Looking forward to exercise again, though it doesn't seem I can get to it this Friday.. I always seem to be making excuses to not exercise . Lol I hardly wouldn't even consider myself fat anymore.. 170lb at 5'10".....oh well. I'd still like to hit 160.

    Well I had a week of feeling rushed and giving in to fast food and ice-cream. I gained 2 pounds back. BUT I buckled the diet part down this week and lost 3 so I'm back on track.
