I didn't get fitted but I did get a hundred dollar pair of running shoes 3 weeks ago. With that and the stretching I've been doing after running I don't have shin splints. I do have a little shin pain but no where like my previous attempts to get back into running. It's awesome, I'm training and going to do a 5K Relay for Life towards the end of April.
