10 minutes with the heavy bag, 2 minute rest
Then I ran through a circuit composed of-
Bench Press 15 reps
Bent Over Row 15 reps
Overhead Press 15 reps
I repeated the circuit three times, took a two minute break, and moved on to legs.
On legs I went through another circuit routine three times-
Squats-15 reps
Leg Curls-15 reps
Calf Raises-20 reps
After another 2 minutes, I finished out with yet another arm circuit(3x through), followed by abs.
Arm circuit-
Curls-15 reps
Skull Crushers-15 reps
After that, my body felt like jello. So I finished out with 3 sets of 20 double crunches and called it a day.
