Full body M/W/F, Abs/Calves T/T.
10 minutes with the heavy bag, 2 minute rest
Then I run through a circuit composed of-
Bench Press 15 reps
Bent Over Row 15 reps
Overhead Press 15 reps
I repeat the circuit three times, take a two minute break, and move on to legs.
On legs I go through a superset three times-
Squats-15 reps
Leg Curls-15 reps
After another 2 minutes, I finish out with a superset(3x through)-
Arms-
Curls-15 reps
Skull Crushers-15 reps
On Fridays I replace squats with leg extensions, remove the rows, switch the arm circuit with the chest/back/shoulder circuit, and finish out with some deadlifts.
Tuesdays/Thursdays
I start out with 20 minutes on the treadmill, keeping a 7 mph pace. Then I do 4 sets of 20 calf raises, 2 sets of 10 weighted crunches, 2 sets of 15 double crunches, 2 sets of 15 scissor kicks, 2 sets of 15 bicycles, and 2-2 minutes planks.
