i mean throughout the workweek i spend my time forcing personal information about myself onto forum-going internetters mostly out of boredom in between work, guitar and sleeping

Kal El who ignored my post because 99% of the time I troll him, but not this time. Most people are misinformed with one area or another in regards to bodybuilding (and who can blame them because 10 people will tell you 10 different things on the same subject) and I feel compelled to correct them. Hell, even professional bodybuilders are a horrible source for information because they are genetic freaks whose bodies will respond to any stimulus.

I wasn't ignoring you, I just didn't feel obliged to respond. I don't ignore posts, I read them, but unlike some other people in this world, I've learned that not everything needs a reply from me.
And yes I've heard a million different things on the subject so I'm dropping the entire idea of toning, but instead on focusing on decreasing my body fat while pushing myself to gain more.

You need to get more quantity of protein daily and if you want to get it naturally then egg is the pure form of protein...
should take eggs at breakfast...
