Do a lot of cardio, don't eat junk food. That's pretty much it.

Also it doesn't say it on there, but multiply what you want to weigh by 14 and thats how many calories a day you should eat a day. Add 30% to that on days you work out muscles(cardio alone doesn't count). This diet is made for fighters trying to cut weight quickly for a weigh in, so if you follow it correctly you should lose a lot of weight fast.
