Well I go to the gym right after work every day cause I have nothing better to do this summer. I'll switch to that kind of routine you suggested when I go back to school.
As for the shake, I take mine usually around 6 or so when I get back and usually hit the hay around 10-11. Is it worth taking another one within a 5 hr span or so or should I just wait until I wake up?
