I wasn't referring bodybuilding as advanced working out. What I meant was someone who is an advanced bodybuilder will not get nearly as much out of the program as someone who just started. I know these programs work more than just muscles. What I was getting at, and was not clear at all on, is that someone who has different goals and is already an advanced bodybuilder will gain little to nothing doing this program to increase muscle mass.

But in any case, I absolutely give credit to these type of workouts and the people who bust their asses doing them because regardless who they are aimed for, a lot of people do make astounding transformations doing these programs.
