sponge whats the level of effort involved in either of those creatine supplements?

I dont have time to take 8 doses and drink 3 gallons of water a day. Also, what happens when you go off creatine?

All I've ever used was whey protein simply because I didnt ever want to be serious enough about it but now I am willing to give it a try for a few months and just avoid talking about it. There isnt a douchier conversation than meatheads and supplements.

Also I'm in it for the superficial reasons I am 100% confident I am as strong as I need to be for any practical application.

You mix one serving with water and chug like 30-45 minutes before you intend to start working out. It's best (according to the bottle and my experience) to take it on an empty stomach which is easily the most inconvenient part of the whole experience. It makes me go through more water at the gym (where there are loads of water fountains and I carry a liter nalgene bottle) but I don't drink noticeably more than normal otherwise.

Only real downside was one night I got really drunk at a party we were throwing and drank like 4 doses of the stuff mixed with beer and my extremities were tingly the next day.
