So I looked into it and I really don't like the fact that they don't publish the contents. "Proprietary blend" sounds sketchy. I know a lot of popular supplements do that, but that doesn't make it better.

I haven't decided if I'm going to try no-xplode or if I'm going to use something like Omega Ultima in addition to regular creatine monohydrate. I imagine I'll probably try a bottle of no-xplode since it's cheaper than getting both supplements and see if I like it. If I do, I might try Omega the second time around.
