My take on protein powder is that it should not replace whole foods (such as chicken, red meat, turkey, w.e) but that is not to say you should not use it (I drink a protein shake everyday). It is faster digesting than solid food, clearly. I am sure there is research out there comparing solid food to the protein shake.
I would just like to bump this thread to say that last weekend I was out with some friends and while bored of their company checking out a top-80% young woman
until I got to her barely-defined calves on her otherwise well-toned body when I prompty stopped and began talking shit about them to my friends
then a few days later I met a girl at the gym with the only legs other than mine that I've truly loved in recent memory
so yeah you pretty much got it right although an excessively broad-shouldered (skeletal, without doping I doubt a woman who didn't bodybuild could do it with muscle) woman would probably freak me out
